Return & Exchange Policy

Princess Boutique has a NO RETURN POLICY; however we do have a EXCHANGE POLICY!

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a exchange, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
• The Goods are in the original packaging
• All tags must be intact on the product the same way the company sent it out
• If you don't find an item to your liking at the time of exchange. You will have a store credit available to use 180 days from the date of purchase.

The following Goods cannot be exchanged:

• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be exchanged, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over ( Exchange 14 days from the date purchased in store or 14 days from when your item was  delivered for online orders.
• The supply of Goods which are not suitable for exchange due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
